Entry fees are based on a player's current title and FIDE rating. Please note that the tournament is limited to the first 50
entries confirmed and the maximum number of under 2100 players
is 4 (sold out). Entry can only be confirmed by paying
the relevant entry fee!

FOREIGN (NON-USA) DISCOUNT!
All players listed with FIDE as a foreign (non-USA) federation will
receive a discount of $100 off their relevant entry fee.
*FREE ENTRIES
All free entries must be guaranteed by payment of a $100
deposit, which will be refunded upon completion of the tournament
schedule. This change to the advertised entry structure was
announced here on July 6 as we could no longer guarantee the hotel
rate and availability.REFUNDS
All paid entries will receive a 90% refund of their entry fee
if notice of withdrawal is received by August 10th. If the
withdrawal is received on August 11th or later then no refund
will be given.
Free entries who received the reduced rate accommodation deal (Grandmasters, foreign IMs and FIDE 2500+) will
receive a 50% refund on their $200 hotel fee, if the withdrawal
notice is received by July 11th, the date the hotel rate is
guaranteed until. If notice is received after July 11th,
no refund will be given.
Free entries paying the $100 deposit will not be entitled to a refund
unless they complete the tournament schedule of playing in all 9 rounds. |
